Trainer Coins:

Intro:

What are Trainer Coins:

Trainer Coins are a secondary currency in Pokemon MMO 3D that is disconnected from the main economy. used primarily for cosmetics and perks. They are given in return for donations to support the project.

What can they be used for?

Trainer Coins can purchase cosmetic items such as Skins, Suits and PokeOutfits, and Perks such as PC box extensions and Server Boosts.

Skin Tonics:

A Skin Tonic is a skin for your character typically depicting one of the characters from the official games, they are not visible in the character selection menu but will appear once you log in.

Suits:

Suits are for your Customised character and will be visible in the menus.

PokemOutfits:

PokeOutfits are cosmetic items for your Pokemon, they will only apply to the specific species purchased and do not follow evolutions, for example, the Squirtle Glasses will not work with Wartortle or Blastoise, they need to be purchased separately, however, PokeOutfits will work on all instances of their species, meaning all Squirtles will have the glasses not just one.

Box Extension:

Box extensions grant you an extra 36 spaces (1 box) in the PC/Poke Terminal to store more Pokemon.

Server Boosts:

Server boosts "boost" the server in a particular stat either XP, Shiny or EVs these boosts last until the end of the calendar month. the boosts also have a cap,

* 10x for XP (50 Boosts)

* 10x for EVs (10 Boosts)
* 1/500 for the Shiny Rate (15 Boosts)
* 1/200,000 for the Mythical Rate (80 Boosts)
* +10 Min IV (10 boosts)

Server boosts apply to everyone not just the booster, the boosts are not bound to the booster in any way. everyone gets the benefit.

The old terminology for boosted rates, especially for events is in the form of multiplication, its important to note that only fragment events can multiply the current stats, a global event of 2x EV for example is equivalent to a +100% player boost. if a boost is already active the global event will not double it.

How do I get Trainer Coins:

You start with 400 Trainer Coins just for registering your account. You can buy more coins from the in-game store [ Y key]. the payment process is managed by a third party, we do not store or have access to any of the payment information you provide.

Additional payment methods exist like Tipeee and our direct Paypal link, however, we are looking to stop supporting Tipeee. these alternative payment processes do not provide instant coin collection as the payments have to be manually verified.

Legacy accounts from before the Sanctuary update in 2019 have 1000 Trainer Coins as default. so if you have an older account it's worth recovering.

What is the Trainer Coin money spent on:

All money collected goes towards funding and maintaining the project, Server Hosting costs, infrastructural costs (bigger better servers) Asset packs, Social marketing community maintenance and various other expenditures focused on keeping the game up and alive.
