Make-Shift Birthday Event

The "Makeshift" Event is now active:

• Shiny - 2x (1/1000)

• XP - 2x

• EV - 2x

• Happiness - 10x

• Easy Random Size active everywhere

(Fragment Events still work on top of these values)

Mythical (mew/celebi) was not reduced in an attempt to avoid the chaos at pallet town

Some changes to Moves and Pokemon stats were made during the last restart, Most moves are not available on any pokemon currently.

The following moves are now all Physical attack:

• Bullet Seed

• Poison Sting

• Twineedle

• Spark

(Pin Missile has a 3s Cooldown instead of 2s)
